Speaking up for Mental Health

Nancy Heath's McGill Research team (DAIR) together with the Centre of Excellence for Mental Health and the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports (MEES) supports young people in speaking out about mental health. Young people share their story, suggest tips for coping and give advice to family and friends watch their videos.
